Ordered a blue gray 9. With sales tax, shipping and FFL charge, just under $750. Hay, I don’t care, I’d do it again. This is a great gun. I live in Florida and I need to carry in my pocket from time to time and my Glocks just don’t cut it in the pocket. I like the so called “designer guns”. Blue gray, OD green, etc. What say you?

Never knew they had that color option. That is cool. Post pics please. I recently got the 9MM also. great carry gun. I would be interested in finding a place that refinishes guns. I think the OD green looks slick on some pistols!!

Welcome to the forum! I do like the blue gray color. I haven't shot the 9mm PPS, but my local indoor range rents one out. They say the rental is at 6,000 or so rounds and still going strong. I might have to give it a try and see how it functions. I just bought one of those Limbsaver grips to tame my .40 a bit, but it isn't super bad as is.

You are right about the Glocks not being good for pocket carry. I owned a 27 and wouldn't think about carring it that way. The Walther is also pushing the limits in that regard to be honest. I think the Super Tuck is a good option with shorts though. For pocket carry the largest I go is the LCP.

Hello everyone....new to the forum, but a long time Walther owner (my dad brought home a PP from Europe - WWII )....love that gun. After using a S&W .38sp as a carry gun for a few years, I really wanted to find a 9mm that I could comfortably carry IWB. The PPS is my answer. It hides well, comes out easily, shoots straight and is easy to keep on target. No hiccups after the first few hundred rounds.

I've never seen the blue/gray, but I am a big fan of the OD green. Mine is all black, but would like to have a green one. Post a pic of that blue/gray if you could please. I would like to see it.

If pocket carry is uncomfortable, try a smartcarry or thunderwear holster.
